About gauntlet endurance
2013: Santa Cruz, California. I had signed up for my first GORUCK Challenge and knew that I needed to start working on my training. A friend offered to bring me to the Seacliff Stairs to help me start building up a base. That first visit turned into a weekly workout that has continued on for years and become the basis for training for a crew.
GO OUTSIDE is the attitude. Get some sun, carry some heavy shit with your friends, attempt a workout you think you may not be able to finish. Work hard, don't quit and when you're done, go get dinner and a pint with your team. Its easier than just waiting' round to die.
Work harder, suck less, grow stronger.
